How many guests can LUXE VENUE Birmingham hold?
LUXE VENUE holds up to 250 seated guests for a banquet, or 300 standing. We comfortably host weddings from 100 guests upwards, plus intimate events from 30 guests in flexible layouts.
Where is LUXE VENUE located and is there parking?
We are at 67 Warren Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham B44 8QH — minutes from the M6, A38 and city centre. Free on-site parking is included with every booking, with a dedicated drop-off zone at the main entrance.
Is LUXE VENUE a halal and alcohol-free venue?
Yes. LUXE VENUE is a 100% alcohol-free venue with halal catering (meat and key ingredients sourced from HMC-certified suppliers). We specialise in Asian weddings, Nikah ceremonies, Mehndi nights and Walima receptions, with prayer space available on request.
How much does it cost to hire the venue?
Every wedding is quoted individually — the only fixed public figures are our £2,500 minimum booking value, 6-hour hire slots and £250 per additional hour. Share your date and guest count and we'll come back with a written quote free of hidden fees.
Can I hold a Nikah ceremony and reception on the same day?
Yes — many couples hold an afternoon Nikah, evening reception and dinner all in one day. We rearrange the hall layout between each phase. LUXE VENUE is not licensed for civil ceremonies, so most couples complete the civil ceremony separately at a Register Office and celebrate the Nikah and reception with us.
How do I book a viewing of the venue?
Viewings run 7 days a week, 9am–10pm, with same-day slots usually available. WhatsApp or call +44 7391 222884 with your preferred time, or use our contact form — we typically respond within 2 hours during business hours.
What events can I host besides weddings?
We host corporate events, birthday parties, engagements, baby showers, charity dinners, Eid and Diwali celebrations, mehfil and nasheed events, plus photo shoots and workshops in our 8m x 9m studio space.
How late can events run at LUXE VENUE?
Music ends at 10pm with a relaxed wind-down and guest departures by 11pm. Standard packages include six hours of event time, with additional hours available at £250 per hour.
