Yes. We provide off-site halal catering for outdoor weddings across the West Midlands, using meat and key ingredients sourced from HMC-certified suppliers. Menus, delivery and set-up are quoted individually.
No — LUXE VENUE is not licensed by Birmingham City Council for civil ceremonies. Most of our customers hold the civil ceremony separately at a Register Office and then celebrate their Nikah / reception with us or at an outdoor venue we cater and style.
Stage backdrops, floral installations, arches, mandap and Nikah styling, chair covers, linen, centrepieces and lighting where power is available at the outdoor venue. Every set-up is quoted based on your outdoor location and guest count.
We regularly cater and style wedding events from 80 up to 300 guests off-site. Larger events are possible — please share your outdoor venue details.
No. Site infrastructure (toilets, generators, marquees, waste, licences) is the responsibility of the outdoor venue owner or a separate supplier. We focus on catering, décor and coordination.
Yes — subject to the outdoor venue's own rules and any local noise limits. We can recommend DJs and PA suppliers, but sound licensing is between you and the outdoor venue owner.
