1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event.
1.2. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.
1.3. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations

2.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit only.
2.2. Cancellations made within 14-30 days of the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
2.3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable (100% charge).

3. Venue Rules

3.1. Alcohol Policy: Luxe Venue is a strictly alcohol-free premise. Consumption or sale of alcohol is prohibited.
3.2. Noise: Music and amplified sound must end by 10:00 PM (Mon-Thu) and 11:00 PM (Fri-Sun) in accordance with local licensing.
3.3. Capacity: The maximum capacity of 70 guests must not be exceeded for safety reasons.
3.4. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated outdoor areas must be used.

4. Catering

4.1. All internal catering provided by Luxe Venue is 100% HMC Certified Halal.
4.2. If you choose dry hire (venue only), external caterers must be approved by management and provide valid public liability insurance.
4.3. External caterers must leave the kitchen area clean and remove all waste.

5. Damage & Liability

5.1. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture, or equipment during the event.
5.2. A refundable security bond may be required for dry hire bookings.
5.3. Luxe Venue accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property brought into the venue.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
