Power, Water & Site Requirements
We need a level ground surface for the kitchen (3m × 4m minimum), one 13-amp domestic power point (or a small silent generator we can bring for £120), and a nearby water tap. If your marquee is in a field with no services, we can be self-sufficient with power and water — just ask.
Weather Contingency
British weddings need a plan B. Our kitchen operates rain or shine under a small pop-up cover, and our BBQ station has its own awning. For very wet forecasts we can move service inside your marquee at no extra charge.

Yes — full mobile kitchen including tandoor, tawa, BBQ station, chafing dishes and gas cookers.
What if there's no power on-site?▼
We can bring a small silent generator for £120. Water needs to be within 30m — we bring the hoses.
How much space do you need?▼
A level 3m × 4m area for the kitchen setup, plus service tables inside your marquee or a separate service tent.
Can you cater a garden BBQ specifically?▼
