LUXE VENUE brings that experience to your event with our live Pakistani BBQ catering across Birmingham and the West Midlands — a full outdoor chargrill station manned by our chefs, cooking to order in front of your guests.

Every skewer is fully halal (meat and key ingredients from HMC-certified suppliers), marinated in-house for 24 hours, and grilled fresh — no reheated, pre-cooked shortcuts. It's the BBQ your grandfather used to make in the garden, done at wedding scale.

How the Live BBQ Station Works

Our chefs arrive 90 minutes before service. We set up a 6ft chargrill station in your garden, marquee or venue courtyard (needs a well-ventilated outdoor area). Once your guests are ready, our grillmaster works to order — 3-4 skewers per guest across the service window. Everything is grilled fresh; nothing sits under warmers.

Site Requirements for BBQ Catering

• ✓Outdoor or well-ventilated space (garden, courtyard, covered outdoor area)
• ✓3m × 3m for the chargrill + prep station
• ✓13-amp power point within 20m (or we bring a silent generator, +£120)
• ✓Reasonable proximity to a water point
• ✓No indoor-only venues — chargrill smoke needs outside air
