Dudley borough — particularly central Dudley (DY1), Brierley Hill (DY5), Netherton (DY2) and Halesowen — has a substantial Pakistani, Kashmiri and Bangladeshi population. Asian weddings within these communities are traditionally large, multi-day affairs: Friday Mehndi with 200+ guests, Saturday Nikah + Walima with 250+, and sometimes a Sunday post-walima reception. Doing this within Dudley borough is genuinely difficult — most local halls cap comfortably around 150–180 guests, in-house Halal kitchens are rare, and multi-day contract structures are non-standard.

Pakistani and Bangladeshi weddings are 2–3 day events by tradition. Booking three separate Dudley venues across one weekend means three deposits, three decor teams, three cleanup crews, and three risks of something going wrong. Our hall does all three days sequentially — Mehndi + Walima 2-day bundles from £11,500 (200 guests), full 3-day weddings from £18,500 (250 guests) — with decor changes between days handled by our team.
Dudley has a smaller but established Hindu community, particularly around Halesowen and Stourbridge. Hindu weddings need a mandap with safe agni (sacred fire) arrangements, a 4-pillar canopy structure and hanging florals. Our flying point above the stage supports installations up to 60kg, and our preferred decorators install a full mandap in 4 hours. Few Dudley venues genuinely support this.
Muslim weddings run across magrib and isha prayer times — a routine reality. We have dedicated male/female prayer rooms with wudu facilities adjacent. Most Dudley venues lack proper prayer accommodation, meaning a mid-event drive to the nearest mosque or guests praying in a corner.
Our kitchen is staffed by chefs with Pakistani, Kashmiri, Indian and Bangladeshi backgrounds — halal (HMC-certified suppliers) certified across every supplier. Menu spectrum includes karahi, biryani, kebab platters, butter chicken, lamb shank, hilsa fish, beef bhuna, chaat stations and mithai bars.
