Sunday lunch or weekday afternoon. 30–60 guests. 3-hour hire.
Saturday or Sunday afternoon/evening. 80–150 guests. 4-hour hire.
Saturday evening peak. 150–250 guests. 5-hour hire.

Younger crowds want vibrant DJ-led parties with a strong dance floor and photo opportunities. We see 50% of these as Asian-themed (Bollywood/Bhangra DJ), 30% as Western/Pop, 20% as hybrid. Common themes: neon glow, paint party, masquerade.
Younger adult coming-of-age celebrations. Since we are alcohol-free, the energy comes from food, music and styling. Mocktail bars are popular, and many 21st parties at LUXE VENUE feature live cooking stations as the social focal point.
The most popular adult milestone we host. Often a hybrid of family + friends, 80–150 guests, 6pm–11pm timeframe. Cake cutting at 9pm. Speeches limited to 2–3 minutes per speaker. DJ ramps up after dinner.
More family-focused. Larger guest counts (often 200+). Asian milestone parties on these ages frequently include a slideshow video tribute, framed photo display, and a structured speeches segment for siblings and children. We provide the AV setup and rehearsal time.
About 20% of milestone birthdays at our venue are surprises. We coordinate quietly with the organiser — birthday person can be detained in our private prep room for 10 minutes while guests fill the hall, then the lighting cue triggers a styled surprise reveal.
