The format is reliable: sunset arrival, iftar opening (dates + water), magrib prayer, sit-down 3-course meal, charity presentation with video + speaker, live appeal / pledge round, isha prayer, departure. We've hosted Ramadan iftars for charities raising £40,000 to £180,000 in a single evening.
Black-tie or modest-formal sit-down dinners for established charities and community organisations. Typically 250–400 attendees, premium menu, formal stage with lectern, awards or pledge sections. Our luxury package supports this format.
Live auctions for specific causes — sponsorship of orphans, water wells, mosque construction. Format: sit-down dinner with auction running between courses, projector for lot images, auctioneer with microphone, registered bidder cards. We provide all AV; you bring the auctioneer.
Music-led fundraisers where the artist donates fee or splits with the charity. Our experience hosting qawali and nasheed nights means we know how to run these as fundraisers without disrupting the musical performance — pledge cards in seats, brief intervention by the charity rep at intervals, donation QR codes on screen between songs.

Our team pre-prints your pledge cards, places them on every table before doors, and collects them between dessert and isha prayer. We've found this timing converts 22% better than collecting at the end (when guests are rushing to leave). Gift Aid forms are bundled with pledge cards in a single folder.
We display your charity's donation QR code on the main screen during the evening — typically between courses and during the speaker section. This captures the "I want to donate but forgot my chequebook" guests who pull out their phone instead.
If you don't have a strong host for the live appeal section, we have a regular network of community speakers who do this exceptionally well (Imams, community elders, motivational figures). We can recommend hosts who have run successful live appeals here before.
Iftar fundraisers must integrate magrib and isha prayers seamlessly. Our team has done this 30+ times — we know which menu items can sit warm during a 7-minute magrib break, when to bring out main course relative to isha timing, and how to handle a packed prayer hall transitioning back to dining.
